As such he is also Chairman, Vice-Chairman or member of the Boards and Committees of EFAMA (European Funds and Asset Management Association), Pensions Europe, FIAP (International Federation of Pension Administrators), FIAFIN (Ibero-American Federation of Mutual Funds) and the CEOE, representing the Spanish institutional investment industry.

She worked in the DG of Territorial Policy of the European Commission. Between 2016 and 2018 she was Chair of the Insurance & Reinsurance Stakeholders Group, an advisory body to EIOPA, the European Insurance and Occupational Pension Schemes Authority.
